Analyse needs and establish priorities for network design and implementation to develop new and/or modify FIS networks and applications.What you will be doingLead/manage a team of Voice, Video, and Contact Center technology professionals and oversee related Voice Services analysis activities and deliverables Provide overall team leadership, training, coaching, development, succession, recruitment and resource management and provide on-going feedback and input into performance assessment and development plans for each team member Lead teams to deliver solutions in assigned functional area, Interface with IT peers, finance, audit, business unit management and other areas of FIS to ensure integrated processes Clearly define and communicate strategies, objectives and accountabilities to team members and continually look for ways to provide and enhance the value that is delivered to business/internal partners Continuously enhance knowledge/expertise in own area and keep current with emerging industry trends and best practices in the external market that can contribute to delivering effective telecom expense management Manage resource requirements and assignment, ensuring project milestones are met and monitoring to keep projects on schedule and within budget Ensure ongoing communication with the team on the status/progress of projects and issues/points of interestWhat you bring:8+ years in Advanced knowledge of Voice technology standards (e.g., infrastructure, architecture, processes, applications) and managing people/projects Advanced understanding of businesses and/or organizational practices/ disciplines Basic knowledge of external competition, industry and/or market trends in relation to own business Provides technical leadership/consulting/direction to a larger team on all aspects of engineering and operations Service management focused and takes initiative to ensure self and team work effectively and efficiently within established guidelines Strong organizational, time management, strategic thinking, research/ analysis and attention to detail Able to multi-task and flourish in a fast paced, deadline-driven work environment Consistently demonstrates and reinforces organizational valuesAdded bonus if you have:
