  • Strong in Industrial relations/IR/Legal
  • Has a proactive IR approach
  • Liasioning with Government agencies / authorities and complying with statutory regulations and Legal Compliances.
  • Closely worked with Top management on Wage settlement with Union & ensured for the effective implementation.
  • Experience in handling the disciplinary actions- domestic enquires
  • Handling grievances, redressal issues, disciplinary actions and Domestic enquires
  • Effectively Handling legal matter, Conciliations, Court cases and out of court settlements.
  • Looking after compliances & implementation of various provisions regarding health, safety and welfare of the employees laid down under factory act.
