And will be responsible to take care of Corporate Network Infrastructure that includes Internet, Firewall, Switches, Wireless and Wired networks for 99.99% uptime, optimization, scalability and monitoring of networksRoles and Responsibilities: Optimize countrywide networks, servers & storages to restructure them for faster, scalable, cost-effective, stable and reliable infrastructure Installing and configuring computer networks and systems. Identifying and solving any problems that arise with computer networks and systems. Hands-on experience in networking, routing, switching and firewall. Monitor the network, servers and applications for any incidents and automate the alert filtering for a better alert mechanism. Generate & Analyze the daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/bi-annual and annual reports on availability, outages, Root Cause Analysis, Service Credits from ISP & OEMs Configuring and managing Identity Management Systems Educate end-users periodically on IT process related to infrastructure security and best practices Documentation of each setup, process and procedure with complete details Follow the change, incident and other ITIL best practices as per company guidelines to carry out the day-to-day operation on the infrastructure components. Monitor the end-user ticket queue, self-assign the tickets based on priority and complexity of the issue, drive it to the resolution and document the ticket with complete details at each milestone/update & close the ticket upon user confirmation. Work with stakeholders to understand upcoming requirements and plan for scaling the infrastructure accordingly. You would need to setup & ensure the proper data backup policy for common infrastructure components and drive compliance to the same without fail. Cisco certification or equivalent certification in the network and/or security is mandatory. CCNP and CISSP certification is a plus. Solid background in Data & Voice networks. Sharp troubleshooting skills. In-depth understanding of communication protocols. Familiarity with access control models and network security Hands-on experience in setting up DHCP, DNS, GPO, RODC, LDAP, Network Policy Server, Wi-Fi Access Point and Controllers, Managed and unmanaged switches, firewalls, routers, load balancers of various brands like Cisco, HP, Cyberoam, FortiGate. Excellent communication skills to develop and maintain rapport with all employees Attitude to solve issues without boundaries and with a great sense of ownership and urgency,
