Lead and facilitate end to end sourcing processes as a Procurement subject matter expert Handle sourcing for various spend categories, including need identification, requirements definition, RFx management, strategy creation, negotiation and final recommendations on contract award Develop sourcing strategies and execute on sourcing opportunities aligned with overarching category strategies RFx management, supplier identification & response evaluation Commercial bid evaluation, market intelligence reporting & maintaining close relationship with business stakeholders*** Ensure proper reporting and communication management Identification of opportunities for savings / process improvements Abide by and comply with client procurement policy (and related policies), procedures, processes and systems when conducting activities, whilst also applying commercial acumen and professional judgement Work collaboratively with relevant Procurement Managers and team members to share knowledge and ensure continuous learning Contribute to development and deliver agreed sourcing strategies with category owners and business unit stakeholders Create, prepare and manage project documentation including project schedules, specifications, negotiation strategies, and communications with suppliers Working effectively in a flexible and agile environment Experience in a number of categories of spend Experience in E-sourcing and E-auctions along with experience in market leading source to contract (S2C) toolsets Excellent client facing and client management skills Prior knowledge and experience with working in the APAC/ANZ region Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent analytical and communication skills Ability to understand and interpret commerciality of supplier contracts,
