An experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed., 10+ years of relevant IT experience with 6+ years experience as developer in ICS/OIC, Oracle SOA ,ODI based implementations. 4+ years of experience as working as integration lead on ICS/OIC, SOA/SOACS and ODI. Role is an Individual Contributor role. Being Hands-On is a critical requirement. Must Have: Experience in designing, developing, documenting and testing of SOA/SOACS/ICS/ODI components. Java skills are mandatory. Product expertise in at least 3 of Oracle SOA/SOACS/ICS/ODI product family with in depth technical development skills. The candidate Must have exposure to any 3 of oracle ERP/SCM Cloud modules. Must have worked as a lead in more than 3 projects. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Played customer facing role (onsite lead). Worked on automation or solutions and handle presales. Good knowledge on Oracle Cloud offerings (SaaS and Paas) Should Have: The candidate should have exposure to any of oracle ERP/SCM product like eBS or Fusion Cloud. Reporting/extraction skills in Fusion cloud are preferred. ODI/BPM will be added advantages
