In this role, you will be the single threaded product owner for CS and seller reimbursements for Easy Ship (ES) & MFN channels. As part of this job, you will be responsible to build and scale product features that help identify defects/wastages leading to reimbursement related losses in the specific channel P&Ls. You will also be responsible for building new products/or launch WW/AFN Parity products that help address customer/seller abuse leading to poor selling and buying experience on Amazon and prevent abuse inflicted losses to Amazon. This leader will also be responsible indirectly for launching IN First global products across marketplaces, maintaining a high bar and consistent seller experience / customer experience for these products across marketplaces and building capabilities that allow quicker launch/scale up of these products in newer marketplaces/locales. As part of this role, you are also required to build additional capabilities that support various seller account adjustments on an IN first seller-payments tool, and launch new use cases per business requirements.The position is located in Bangalore, India.Key deliverables/focus areas include- Providing gold standard (BAA/Best in India) CX/SX experience on refunds and reimbursements in merchant fulfilled channels- Eliminating defects in the network and in the fulfillment processes, both forward and return leg, that lead to losses- Providing high class CS Associate/TRMS associate experience so that CS/TRMS Ops teams can handle millions of contacts smoothly as per the SOP and with zero escalations- Reducing reimbursement/concession losses through product, program and policy interventions- Create and implement the road map items that drive incremental CX/SX/IX improvements for ES/MFN CS and seller reimbursement areas in all the merchant fulfilled businesses, Basic qualifications1. 8+ years of experience in product management that includes conceptualizing, launching and driving technology-based products2. Experience planning and executing go to market strategies3. Track record of hiring and developing.4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences5. Proven track record driving innovation on behalf of both enterprises and consumers6. Proven experience delivering technology products/services in a high growth environment with a demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirements7. Bachelor of Science or Business degree required Preferred qualifications1. Engineering degree or Masters of Business Administration2. Track record of high-scale technology launches e.g., millions of customers/ Sellers3. Experience effectively managing cross functional teams and resources that do not have a direct reporting relationship4. Experience working on an e-commerce team at an online retail or media company
