What youll do : - Be responsible for building and executing on new initiatives and roadmaps- Understand the market, customers and build business cases for new product opportunities.- Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.- Use data, creativity, and experimentation to constantly improve the product experience.- Work with designers, engineers, marketing and partnerships to deliver products- Responsible for marketing, P&L from the product(s). What well need : - Masters or bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.- 8-10 years of experience working on building products or problem-solving in companies.- Good understanding of sprint & agile ways of working, PRDs & wireframes, etc.- Comfortable with ambiguity, believe in first principles and have the skill to transform broad ideas into action plans.- Good business acumen to appreciate and understand levers for business growth and profitability.- Believes in taking ownership and feedback.- Extremely good communication skills (written & verbal).- Experience with different tools required to deliver product(s).- Experience in managing team and stakeholders (internal & external)- Experience with data-driven products and large scale B2C platform is a must.- Believes that speed and quality can be achieved at the same time,
