Job Description

What is expected from you:

  • Product manage the personalization and recommendations charter for Swiggys ecosystem of apps (consumer, delivery, restaurant, store-partner, etc) to drive business outcomes
  • Build own long term vision, product roadmaps, competitive analysis, market domain research, GTM to deliver significant business impact and customer delight
  • Work with a team of Data Scientists, Engineering Analytics to help build the next-gen recommendation platform to delight our users while driving tangible business outcomes
What do we look for :
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in consumer internet, personalization in search discovery platform
  • Proven track record of building and shipping high-quality data products in personalization, recommendations, search and discovery
  • You are consumer obsessed, but you can walk a tightrope balancing consumer delight with potentially orthogonal org goals
  • You have demonstrated experience in working across multiple products, various stakeholders and exerted a high degree of influence across several teams/functions leading to successful outcomes. You thrive in managing a charter with big impact multiple intersections in a large org
  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Highly customer-obsessed thinking with a deep understanding of customer needs and aspirations
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver tangible business impact in time-critical situations
