Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Define and communicate your product s vision, execution, goals and own the results.
  • Identify customers behaviours and needs through research and analysis.
  • Empower and collaborate with your team to unlock their full potential.
  • Identify immediate and/or upcoming user and internal stakeholder needs, then work with the team to develop a product plan that addresses them.
  • Prioritize features and tasks for the product using internal tools, tracking and reviewing the product direction and current work frequently.
  • Manage collaboration and communication with other teams, both internal and external, to ensure teams have what they need and can work efficiently.
  • Evaluate complex systems, design solutions, and work with engineering to implement solutions
  • Own all aspects of the product from conception, and drive it through development testing, acceptance and adoption
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Experience working in startups or successful entrepreneurial adventures and working in a global environment highly desired
  • Managing other product managers and leading a team is preferred.
  • Provide clear and articulate documentation to define product objectives, business requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Clear and contagious passion for product and markets we serve
  • Empathy for customer: clear understanding of customers needs
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Proven track record of working on successful products (mobile preferred)
  • Strong analytical, decision-making and problem solving skills and abilities
  • High energy and positive attitude
  • Strong analytical ability is a must
  • Experience with AI-based products or chatbots is a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills a plus
  • Experience between 4 to 6 years
