Job Description

Overview of the role

This position is part of product management. It is heavily focused on aspects driving revenue and gross margin. The deliverables of this team are regularly shared with the C-level execs. The role requires you to hustle while displaying a very high level of maturity.

Who we are looking for

A professional experienced in analytical thinking, data driven decision making, and various operational activities pricing, packaging, etc.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct an in-depth review of the quarterly business results
  • Develop segmentation and analyse various business models for delivery of product and services to meet customer needs in various segments
  • Develop new KPI s to track and measure product/market adoption
  • Conduct ongoing competitive data analysis and market validation activities such as market analysis as part of product or feature planning
  • Build and maintain necessary data transformations and analysis models

Job Requirements:

  • MBA with preferably a technical degree (BE/BS) in CS or related field or equivalent technical experience
  • 8-10 years of experience in business analysis and data analysis
  • Good understanding of business models in product based companies
  • Excellent analytical skills. Ability to identify trends and key insights from business data
  • Superior skills with spreadsheets, databases, and presenting quantitative data
  • Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leader, self-starter and proven team player in a high achievement-oriented environment
  • Superior project management and prioritization skill
  • Ability to work equally well with sales, engineering, QA and support to drive successful product releases
