You come with experience in managing entire product life - cycles from inception to release and scale and have strong working knowledge of network security and security technologies. Also posses an Innovative mindset with exceptional execution capabilities. Have excellent communication skills and an ability to dive into technical details with engineering and define requirements, prioritize product backlogs and define roadmaps. You are also familiar with Analytics, AI/ML models and SecOps workflows

You are an expert in at least 3 of these areas in security System, Web, Network, Mobile, Cloud, Windows, Cryptography and capable of writing exploits for identified vulnerabilities in the area of expertise. You have interest and participated in Bug Bounty or Ethical hacking assignments. You love finding security lapses where there seems none.

Position Overview

The Senior Security Engineer is responsible for executing the Security Development Lifecycle (SDL) for Citrix On - Premise and Cloud products to ensure that our software meets the customer expectation of security robustness and validate the efficacy of defensive mechanisms, as well as, the engineering adherence to security policies, communicate technical issues within scope of assignment and drive negotiation in the interest of security. and create and deliver advanced security training and guidance to product engineers.

Role Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives for Citrix s continued leadership in the Application security market

• Own the roadmap for Application Security Analytics, AI/ML based detection as well as App Security SaaS offerings

• Drive and own the product requirements process while working collaboratively with key stakeholders to prioritize and validate technology, features, product direction and strategy

• Conduct market and customer research regarding product acceptance, usage and success and integrate results directly into the product strategy.

• Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and identify key areas of competitive differentiation, as well as identify disruptive opportunities.

• Contribution to product collateral, white papers, and presentations.

• Be the expert on all things App Security for all of Asia Pacific region

Basic Qualifications

• You would have experience in owning a SaaS product line ideally in the networking and/or security space with a good understanding of the security buyer persona

• Will have experience driving any Analytics platform and AI/ML based detection models

• You will have experience in one or more of these markets and technology spaces: Web Application Firewall, DDoS, Bot Mitigation, cloud - based visibility and control products, network and application firewalls

• Have strong customer empathy and great design sense

• You would have demonstrated ability to document research findings, market analysis, and product requirements for both technical and non - technical audiences.

• Have demonstrated strong, structured and data - driven problem - solving skills that require solutions for cross - functional matters.

• You have experience in presenting to wide ranging audiences, including internal stakeholders, Webinars, trainings, customer visits, trade shows and industry events.

• Have outstanding organizational skills to coordinate various creative, technical, and administrative projects across the broader Citrix organization; and the ability to work with cross - functional teams in a matrix organization.

• You also posses the ability to present technical information to a variety of audience, both technical and non - technical.

• Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Marketing, Sales Engineering, Security Operations, or other relevant business areas. and Over 2 years of product management experience in security

• You bring in experience with management of product launches and software releases

• Have experience in guiding research customer, market or competitive for a significant business line or product set.

• Have a Bachelors degree in engineering (preferably computer science)

Preferred Qualifications

• Have completed your MBA

• You have familiarity with Citrix products
