Job Description

  • Should have extensive experience on service oriented design
  • Should have Understanding of Architectural patterns (Service-oriented, Microservices, Enterprise Architecture Patterns)
  • Should have experience of developing solutions based on business requirements

  • Development of Quick PoC (with new techs)
  • Business process knowledge in areas of Product Development in the Automotive Industry
  • Functional expertise in Connectivity, Autonomous Driving will be an added Advantage

Main Task Description(Include key result areas of the position)Time Spent(in %)Candidate would be required to have experience of working as senior tech lead in solutions for Autonomous Driving. Exposure to Application Architecture, Design and Development is desired. Other work areas include:Application, Solution and Technical Design / ArchitectureHigh Level DesignRequirement Analysis and estimation1.Strategy / Department Development / Leadership Develop the strategic direction for the Engineering IT topics in alignment with IT partnersEstablish CoC and drive as a strategic extension to CoC at GermanyDrive co-location strategy for setting up direct business model with RD Engineering and other IT departments for application development and supportDevelop required technical and domain competency for the teams to go the next level of ownership2.Customer / Partner Relationship Management / Sales / Communications Drive IT for the business by tracking IT performance against strategic goals and communicate progress to all key stakeholdersIntegrate as a part of the CoC in Germany for associated sub-domain Develop excellent network and communication to stakeholdersExecute topics and project-specific communication to ensure customer satisfactionHandle escalations in area of responsibility3.Operational Topics / Performance / Project Management Ensure successful service / project / program execution (cost, time & quality) for services / projects / programs in responsibility Ensure efficiency (business case) for all defined projects and investments in responsibility4.
