Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Civil Quantity Surveyor to lead quantity surveying activities for complex construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and project cost management while mentoring junior team members.Key Responsibilities:
    • Review and analyze civil and architectural drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
    • Lead the preparation and verification of detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
    • Perform accurate quantity take-offs for all civil and structural works.
    • Prepare cost estimates, tender documentation, and project budgets.
    • Monitor project costs, variations, and quantity reconciliations.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards, client requirements, and measurement rules.
    • Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to resolve technical queries.
    • Mentor and guide junior quantity surveyors to maintain quality and productivity.
    • Support business development and tendering activities as required.
    Requirements:
    • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
    • 8- 15 years of experience in Civil Quantity Surveying, Estimation, or Cost Management.
    • Strong knowledge of construction methods, quantity take-offs, and BOQ preparation.
    • Experience working on commercial, residential, infrastructure, or international projects.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity take-off/estimation software.
    • Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
