Job Description

This position is responsible for recruiting best in class talent to Citrix. Duties include developing recruitment strategies with client groups and recruiting sourcers. Requirements include providing excellent candidate experience; strong organizational skills to track and measure activity and the ability to ensure candidates are moved through process in a timely manner. Responsive follow up to candidates and hiring managers required.At least 8+ years experience in successfully recruiting talent in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; This position will require strong organizational skills, the passion to do whatever it takes for the client group, and strong communication & technical skills.Strong negotiation and influencing skills required.Strong strategic, tactical, negotiation, communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, creative, and influencing skillsProven track record in researching and successfully recruiting candidates for difficult-to-fill positions, nationally, on a high-volume basis, using extensive search techniques and methodsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and work on many projects simultaneously.

  • Build relationships with Hiring Managers to understand their business and hiring needs
Collaborates with HR Consultant to determine workforce planning and hiring forecast for client groupMeets with hiring managers for initial consultations on open requisitionsPrepares Statement of Work (SOW) and Service level agreements (SLA s)Teams with Sourcing Recruiters to create sourcing plan as neededManages posting process for open requisitionsIdentifies and implements creative recruiting strategiesDrives regular and ad-hoc recruiting update meetingsServes as project manager for client s recruiting needs-related projects and processesAccountability to fill open requisitions within established time to fill guidelinesUses variety of progressive sourcing techniques to identify top talent both active and passive candidates.Education:Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience required.Experience:8+ years experience in high tech, fast paced recruiting environment. Familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures particular to high tech environment. Proven ability to fill positions within required timeframe with highly qualified candidates.
