Specifically, streamlining business processes and leveraging best practices.Role Overview:Focus is on centralizing administrative and system support functions and increasing our responsiveness to our business customers. The MDG analyst provides support to all DELLEMC Business units such as Channels, Sales, CS, GRO, PAS, Powerlink and other downstream clients.Key Responsibilities:

  • Hours (rotational) APJ, US, EMEA
  • Track Mailboxes Support and maintain all incoming Track requests for Customer, TA, SNow, SFDC, Channels, Hybrius.
  • Provide EOQ Support (EMC & DELL) aligning with GRO support structure
  • Work closely with international TAG Business Partners in supporting continuous sales alignment and restructuring
  • Participate in monthly team forums providing process improvement ideas and possible group training opportunities
  • Team Lead/Manager: Weekly conference calls with management outlining status of workload and identify possible process gaps.
Essential Requirements:
  • Strong English spoken and written
  • Oracle, SAP experience
  • Excellent organizational as well as multi-tasking skills
  • Self-initiation and creative-thinking
  • High sense of urgency
Desirable Requirements:
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Typing Skills min 45wpm
  • SQL experience a plus but not required
