Job purpose: Individual performer inthe IT Advisory Services team to provide Solution Design / Architecture anddevelopment of automation processes for our customers across the globe. Your client responsibilities: Work as a Solution Architect for designing /implementing the existing business process using RPA / IA tools Should have hands onexperience and contributed in RPA implementation using any 2 Automationtools (Blue Prism, UiPathetc.) Experienced in using toolslike ABBYY Flexicapture or any OCR tools. Interface and communicatewith the onsite coordinators Regular status reportingto the supervisor and onsite coordinators Interface with thecustomer representatives as and when needed Willing to travel to thecustomers locations on need basis within India and outside India. Willing to work in US/UKshifts to support global customers Willing to be flexible to work on varioustools based on demand Your technical responsibilities: Preparation andfacilitation of process design sessions related to robotics process, validationrules and reports. Configuration of BluePrism, Ui Path process components, including process flows, controlobjects, exception handling etc. Ability to architect processautomations and use cases Write & maintain data processflows Ability to work on SurfaceAutomation Planning, design, testing,prototyping and implementation of enhancements, control and tuning of pre-builtautomation processes Support all applicationsdevelopment effort involving RPA tools Leadership of individualwork streams associated with a RPA process Assistance with dataconversion and interfacing activities Preparation of keydeliverables such as design documents, test documentation, trainingmaterials and administration/procedural guides. Your people responsibilities: Building a quality culture Lead by example Participating in theorganization-wide people initiatives Requirements We are looking for the candidates with thefollowing: BE/BTech/MCA (must) with an industryexperience of 6 to 8 years. Candidate should beinvolved in at least 3-4 end to end solution implementation using theRPA tools. Certified in Blue Prism /UiPath. Solution Designer /Architect Certification in Blue Prism / UiPath Should have softwaredevelopment background. Should have experience in .NET /C# / Node.js /Python / R programming languages (any 1-2) Exposure to AI / MLtechniques (Not Mandatory, good to have) You will need to have: Mandatory skills: Experience in Blue Prism and Ui Path withCertification Good businesscommunication skills & client facingskills Should have understandingand experience of software development best practices. Musthave experience in implementing or supporting 3-4 end to end RPA project Strong knowledge in VB Script /.Net Working knowledge of Relational Database (MSSQL/ Oracle DB) Working knowledge in excel and macros Working knowledge of any automation process Working knowledge of any Data warehousingtool Preferred skills: Prior knowledge ofindustry leading RPA tools. Experience in FinancialServices domain, preferably in performance management solutions. Prior Client facingexperience.
