What were looking for:You are a highly experienced Microsoft SCCM Engineer, who has strong experience designing, building, and maintaining global SCCM environments that span multiple global locations. You can create application packages for automated installations as well as perform package deployments, application catalog and client policy updates. You are familiar with Mac endpoint management tools and have some Mac scripting / packaging abilities. You should also have some experience with Microsoft Intune and Modern Endpoint Management.Position OverviewIn this role, you will be a Senior SCCM Engineer, who is part of the Workspace Platform Services and End User Devices team within Citrix IT.You will be responsible for maintaining the software hygiene of all of Citrix s Windows and Mac endpoints. You will partner with other teams to maintain automated OS builds and their related applications as well as regular OS, application, and security updates. You ll also be responsible for the design and implementation of our endpoint management systems upgrades and infrastructure improvements as we continue transitioning to cloud based systems including Azure, Intune, Apple Business Manager, and Citrix Endpoint Management.You will also be responsible for related reporting and should be proficient in data mining and dashboarding.Roles and ResponsibilitiesDesigns, builds, configures and administers SCCM infrastructure to ensure system is available for operating system deployment (OSD), package deployments, application catalog and client policy updates.Ensure SCCM is current with latest system builds, hotfixes, server operating systems, admin consoles and client updates using the Change Management process and/or documenting in ticketing system.Manages all SCCM hierarchy configurations and supports all site system roles such as distribution points, application catalog, and database and SQL Reporting services.Performs patching of server and appliance systems, by planning, testing, deploying, and monitoring system availability after patching is complete.Ensure infrastructure servers are current with the most recent Microsoft and 3rd party patches using a standard Change Management process and/or documenting results in ticketing system.Create documentation for both technical and non-technical staff detailing standards, guidelines, communications and procedures required to operate and maintain network infrastructure patching responsibilities.Includes:

• Configuration and management of Windows and Mac Endpoints
• Configuration and maintenance of SCCM and Intune environments
• Configuration and maintenance of Citrix Endpoint Manager environment
• Reporting of various system information and other data as needed
• Create and maintain software packages and scripts
• Partner with AD and infrastructure teams on platform integration

Basic Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
• 8 years of Endpoint Management Experience
• Strong Endpoint Management experience with SCCM
• Proficient with PowerShell and Bash scripting
• Highly motivated, self-starter, strategic/analytical thinker with a can-do attitude, flexibility to accommodate evolving business needs
• Familiarity with Mac endpoint management and tools such as Jampf, Addigy, Citrix Endpoint Management, etc.
• Knowledge of Endpoint Manger Admin Center (Intune)
• Knowledge of Software update process, how to download, configure update group, and scheduled deployment using WSUS, SCCM, Altiris
• Knowledge of building Software packages/scripting process
• Knowledge of creating Distribution Points, Boundary Groups and configuration
• Knowledge of client installation methods
• MAC OS & Windows experience and troubleshooting
• Troubleshooting experience interpreting Server/Client logs
• Knowledge of creating collections w/in an Endpoint Mgmt System.
• Knowledge of SQL and how to create a SQL query for information and troubleshooting
