Job Description

    Role Overview:We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the end-to-end delivery ofServiceNow solutions by analysing business requirements, assessing platform impacts, andimplementing scalable solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices. The role requiresownership of assigned user stories, including analysis, development, testing,documentation, and post-deployment support, while ensuring high-quality, release-readydeliverables.Key Responsibilities:
    • Understand business requirements and analyse ServiceNow impacts.
    • Develop solutions following ServiceNow platform standards.
    • Perform analysis, configuration, coding, testing, documentation, and post-deployment support.
    • Conduct unit testing, regression testing, and provide testing evidence.
    • Deliver stable, maintainable, and standard ServiceNow solutions.
    • Proactively clarify requirements, communicate risks, blockers, and delivery status.
    • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Technical Leads, QA, Platform Owners, Service Owners, and Business Stakeholders.
    • Deliver release-ready update sets with documentation, testing evidence, and rollback considerations.
    • Work independently on assigned stories and escalate delivery risks when required.
    Primary Skills:
    • ServiceNow development: Tables, Forms, Lists, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, ACLs, Flows, Notifications, and Platform Configuration.
    • Scoped and Global Application Development, Update Sets/Application Repositories.
    • ITSM and/or CSM process experience(Incident, Request, Change, Case, SLA, Assignment, Fulfillment).
    • ServiceNow best practices with focus on out-of-the-box solutions.
    • Server-side scripting using Glide Record/Glide Query, Business Rules, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, and Integrations.
    • ServiceNow Certifications: CSA, CAD, and 2-CIS (relevant modules)
