Scope of this role involves implementation of industry leading IdM/IGA platform and standard processes to support Cisco s security transformation, improve operational efficiency, user experience & security posture.Identity is at the heart of a companywide transformation that is Key to Ciscos future success, making this a very exciting time to join Ciscos Enterprise Security team.As a Site Reliability Engineer on the team, you will focus on ensuing availability of services as per SLAs and drive automation of fault detection and solution to resolve / avoid failures.Who You ll Work WithYou will work with our innovative Enterprise Security team as well as multi-functionally across IT, Security & Trust Organization and multiple Business units to drive adoption, simplification and automationWho You AreWe are looking for a Highly motivated, hardworking to learn new technologies, strong written and communication skills, teammate, with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. In this role, you will be working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment as a visible contributor, delivering on our commitments to clients. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver, comfortable in providing domain expertise and rapidly responding to raised issues.Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum of a bachelor s degree in computer Science Engineering or related technical discipline
• Minimum of a combined 12 - 15 years of Site Reliability, DevOps, and/or Software Development experience, ideally in IAM , data engineering , full stack application development
• Experience operating within, and supporting, complex enterprise level production or business -critical 24/7 web services environments
• Must have experience developing and operationalizing system installations and upgrades
• Core Java - J2EE, Micro services, Spring, Restful Web service, JSON, Java based Automations
• , ABAC / PBAC implementation with XACML
• Experience running and administering services in AWS or other cloud platforms (Azure, GCP)
• Significant experience with one or more scripting/coding languages, ideally with Ansible, Terraform, or Python
• Experience with big data platform engineering
• Experience with scaling and operationalizing distributed data stores, file systems, and services (Kafka, Elasticsearch, HBase, Druid, etc)
• Experience with virtualization and containerization platforms (Docker), container orchestration tools (Kubernetes), and aspects of Kubernetes to facilitate ease of delivery (Istio/Helm/Kube2Iam)
• Availability for occasional on-call after-hours support
