Job Description

Job Duties:

Development projects include VoIP/SIP Gateways, IP to IP communication, Video conferencing Design and develop C/C++ applications and API s for both Linux and Windows

Soft real time application development (RTP, TCP/UDP, IP)

Troubleshooting of soft real time software

IP / WAN Protocol stack troubleshooting VoIP / ISDN troubleshooting

Required Qualifications:

Expert knowledge of VoIP: SIP protocol and SIP Architecture

Hands-on in writing code in C, Python on Linux platform.

Embeded Software/product like VOIP gateway , Analog chip device driver experience.

Expert knowledge in Linux , Kernel development.

Expert knowledge of SS7 , ISDN protocol stack.

Good knowledge of Session Border Controllers: SIP and RTP Security, DOS

Expert in Linux and Linux networking environment: iptables, routing rules, netlink socket Expert knowledge of C multithreaded programming in Linux

Strong understanding of core FreeSWITCH framework and its components

Strong knowledge of source control: GIT, Subversion

Strong knowledge of Python and Bash in Linux

Good knowledge of Telephony PSTN concepts: SS7, ISDN protocols and PSTN Architecture Good understanding of core Asterisk framework and its components

Hobbies include hacking Non Technical

Good management and team organization skills

Self-starter, extremely motivated and ability to learn quickly

Demonstrable verbal and written technical communication skills in English

Candidates must be able to quickly and accurately communicate ideas at a whiteboard, in a chat, over IMor in an e-mail

Successful candidate will be required to overcome extremely steep learning curve without formal training process. Therefore the Candidate must be a capable of quick and efficient self-study.
