MNP Spark is like any other MNP region/office - front facing, client focused but working with all of MNP regions in Canada to deliver servicesResponsibilitiesDesign and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Marketing, Sales, Project Operations) and Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)Develop customizations, plugins, workflow, and integrations for D365 applications with Power Platform solutionsParticipate in the design and implementation of integrations between D365 applications and third-party systemsConnect D365 and Power Platform solutions with internal enterprise systemsActively contribute to troubleshooting efforts for issues within Dynamics and integrations with other systems, coordinating effort between users, internal teams, and Microsoft supportExecute and support implementation and adoption of upgrades and new functionality as it is added to the Dynamics Sales, Marketing, and Project Operations platformUnderstand and incorporate Dynamics and other licensing models to optimize licensing assignment within D365 applicationsProvide technical mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering skill development, and knowledge enhancementSupport the establishment of development, integration, and data management standardsEnsure adherence to development best practices, including code readability, modularization, reusability, and error handlingImplement Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) as per Power Platform and Dynamics best practicesCollaborate with the product and development teams to understand requirements and implement technology solutionsRequirementsQualificationSkills: Familiarity with Power Platform administration, governance, and security such as permissions, user authentication (OAuth2), and compliance in Power AutomateExperience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions) and their integration with Dynamics 365Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service)Knowledge of D365 Web API and OData servicesExperience leveraging PowerShell and JavaScriptUnderstanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines for deploying and managing the solutionsExperience with the following is considered an asset:Experience with Microsoft Copilot, especially within the Microsoft 365 ecosystemProficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS Educational Qualifications Bachelor Or Masters in Technology/EngineeringBachelor Or Master of Computer ApplicationsCertificationsMicrosoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Azure an assetExperience: At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including implementation .
