Job Description

Web Developer w/SitecoreYou will be part of the team responsible for the maintenance and future releases of the brand website for Sensormatic Solutions by Johnson Controls (Sensormatic.com). Day-to-day responsibilities include building website pages in multiple languages, creating landing pages and lead integration with our Pardot marketing automation platform.You will be a Sitecore CMS power user, a believer in proper QA, contribute to release procedures and an advocate of responsive presentation on various desktop and mobile devices. You will need to be able to manage your Jira work queue, follow documented requirements and work with content in multiple languages. Skills:

  • Develop and test cross-browser, responsive solutions utilizing HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Work closely with stakeholders to set expectations and communicate project status
  • Provide technical guidance and solution options during the planning and development stages
  • Maximize use of templates and our Sitecore CMS to create sustainable, reusable code and libraries for future use
  • Perform quality assurance and website testing to ensure user experience both during and after development of websites
  • Report and help resolve user experience problems across mobile, desktop and other devices to inform broader team including back end development
  • Train extended marketing team to update and manage web content
  • Create and manage Sitecore CMS workflows for content editors
Experience:
  • Must have working experience with Agile methodology and work delivery using scrum methodology
  • Power user of Sitecore, Google Analytics and Tag Manager (Tealium)
  • Familiar with Jira, Confluence, Pardot, PowerShell, and Office 365
  • Work history in a marketing technology capacity, familiar with lead attribution, Google UTM tracking, and all apps in the Google Analytics Suite
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, digital marketing, or related field
  • 3-6 years of digital content development experience
  • Strong belief in responsive design and mobile first development
  • Ability to work with remote teams, report daily progress and work with minimum supervision
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
