Job Description

The main goals are providing a rich coherent view and edit experience for the people important to you - wherever you are, while keeping your data fresh, clean, and relevant and provide a consistent contact management experience across your devices, while minimizing the need to manage them at all. Our services ship integrated into all outlook clients like win32 outlook desktop, OWA, OM (iOS & Android), Mac outlook.etc.The Office India arm of the team is expanding substantially and is looking for talented and highly motivated engineers. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who has, or wants to build, expertise in Exchange, REST and cloud distributed systems.

  • As a Senior SWE you will be responsible for all aspects of a feature area including design, implementation, performance, and quality. You will take such feature areas from ideation to successful global roll out. You will act as a code and design reviewer and mentor s other engineers.
  • Curiosity and willingness to question and learn, strong customer empathy, and willingness to participate in live site rotations are additional responsibilities.
, Basic Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Computer Science or related Engineering discipline.
  • 7+ years of software development experience with C#, C++ or Java
  • Working in agile teams with strong customer focus
  • Excellent problem solving, design, coding, and debugging skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in REST, Exchange or other cloud is a big plus
  • Experience with large scale distributed systems and object-oriented programming
  • Self-driven, results oriented, high integrity, ability to work collaboratively, solve problems with groups, find win/win solutions and celebrate successes
