- Work closely with the Agile development teams to design, develop, deliver and maintain high-quality, compelling and innovative applications- Apply strong analytical and technical skills to projects that are complex, challenging and exciting- Work with Developers, Architects, Product Managers, User Experience experts and other key stakeholders, to design and implement functionality critical to our business success.- Help in hiring the right talent and contribution for the teams knowledge growth as well-Lead a group of developers and develop the latest version of Citrix Receivers for Linux aka Citrix Workspace App for Linux- Debug , troubleshoot and fix complex product and customer issuesQualifications and Requirements: - Bachelor s degree in computer science or related field- 8+ years of experience in software development- Hands on developing Linux systems application using programming languages such as C/C++- Linux OS knowledge and related application development technologies with hands-on experience- Strong exposure to data structures, algorithms design and OOAD principles/methodologies- Knowledge of advanced programming concepts (e.g. Multi-Threading, OS internals, Networking, TCP/IP protocol, IPC mechanisms, Socket programming)- Exposure to Authentication technologies such as Kerberos, nFactor, SAML, Smart Cards, OOATH are highly desirable- Exposure to SDLC and Security concepts around application layer and networking layer are essentials- Familiarity with Audio/Video formats, graphics encoding/decoding are desirable- Experience with debugging tools (e.g. GDB) and reverse engineering are essentials- Experience in debugging/troubleshooting and fixing complex product and customer issues,
