Role:The Software Developer Should be competent in using MS stack technologies and be ale to decipher the exact business needs given the requirement specs. Should work from written specifications and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job and maintains documentation of process flow. Has the ability to speak to the customer, gather and understand the requirements, plan, develop and test the software. Should possess solid coding skills and an aptitude to solve problems. Primary Responsibilities:Strong skills on delivery excellence through process compliance. The role requires the design, development and implementation of applications which provide solutions to business problems. customizing current applications in line with changing business needs, reporting specifics of an application, evaluating the performance of an application, testing and implementing all software solutionsThe candidate should work well under pressure, and display evidence of excellent problem solving and organizational skills. Candidate must be competent in using . NET platform technology to design, develop and implement the applications. Using their programming skills, should be able to integrate their applications with other technologies and deliver specifications as requested by users. Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defectsCreate and deliver data-driven reportsDefine , captures metadata and rules associated with ETL processesAdapts ETL processes to accommodate changes in source systems and new business user requirementsDevelops and implements application documentation and training materials. Skill Requirements:Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in a professional capacity and a Bachelorrsquos degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field. Strong hands on experience in ASP. NET, C# . Net, Web Forms , HTML, HTML5, WCF, CSS and JavaScriptDatabase design experience MS SQL Server or Oracle or P&L SQLTFS management for collaborative programming.
