Description Infoblox is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. The Senior Software Engineer will report to the Software Development Manager in Bangalore, India. You will be responsible for design, implementation, development and maintenance of Microsoft features integrated into the Infoblox Network Services Appliance product line.You will have an opportunity to be a part of the team solving massive scale, performance challenges, building and maintaining next generation network actionable intelligence products. You will gain deep expertise in Infoblox Network Services Appliance product.Responsibilities : Design and develop features related to MS DNS /DHCP Improve scalability and manageability of the Microsoft Integrated features Work with Sustaining Engineering and Customer Technical Support to diagnose and resolve challenging field issues Interact with product management, QA, Support, and customers to ensure the best end- to- end customer experience Verify stability, inter- operability, and scalability of system architecture Requirements : 5 years experience in software development with demonstrated experience in leading design efforts In- depth knowledge of Linux internals, solving complex problems like memory, system and performance issues thus helping high scalable applications Good working knowledge of C, Shell scripting, Perl Considerable knowledge of Microsoft DNS /DHCP server configurations and protocol Familiarity with Microsofts [MS- CIFS] and [MS- SMB] protocol and Samba and AD Protocol, MS RPC Education : Four- year degree in CS, CE, EE or equivalent is required Master s in CS, CE or EE is preferred It s an exciting time to be at Infoblox.
