Experienced professional with well developed, proficient knowledge and skills in Applications Development. Operational in focus, may instruct or coach other professionals. Develops applications solutions from established programming languages and source code. Recommends improvement to existing applications using engineering releases and utilities.
Member should be able to do Python 3.6 base product development Member will do multi - threaded programming in Python and building Rest services. Resource should be willing to work in client facing role
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:Total IT Experience should be 5 to 8yrs Minimum Experience in Python should be 4 yrs University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or the Natural Sciences Demonstrated experience with service - oriented architecture (SOA) and distributed software systems. Solid understanding of micro service architecture and design principles. Demonstrated experience designing and developing APIs, especially REST APIs Demonstrated experience building scalable systems featuring: fault - tolerance, high availability, distributed micro services, and event - based and/or message - driven architecture. Demonstrated experience with source code management systems like VSTS, svn, or git; and build tools like ant, maven, gradle, or make. Demonstrated experience or knowledge of containers and container technology: Docker, cgroups, Kubernetes, LXC, etc Ability to engage with architects, designers, and software developers around the world, and provide feedback on functional requirements with a focus on feasibility and complexity. Domain experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry, with geodetics, 2D mapping, and geo - processing. Familiarity with security principles, concepts, and best practices, including encrypted communications and data storage, role based access control, etc Understanding of network communications, including TCP/IP, HTTP, Web Sockets, and RPC protocols DevOps mindset and strong ownership over owned code (test, monitor, deploy, maintain) Communication. Excellent oral and written communication skills Must be self - starter and Team Player
