Must have technical hands-on skills in Java 1.8, Spring framework, Hibernate, Microservices, any Cloud Platform, Design patterns and domain driven designing, Kafka, streaming, Multithreading and data structures, Docker containers
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Experience working with technology and business teams within an Agile/Scrum
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
Experience with collaborative on- and off-shore development teams

Desired Skills

Good understanding on with NoSQL such as Cassandra, Couchbase, Realm

Roles

Provide technical solutions to problems raised / arised in a product development
Probe the technical solutions suggested and vet the aptness of the solution from a holistic perspective
Collaborate with different teams like client architecture, client GCP team, client data modeling team
Play a senior role on the team to facilitate code reviews, interact effectively with senior Java team mates at client slide
