Job Description

    • Prepare project documentation along with product vendor and Merck SMEs
    • Help in preparing Training Materials for end users
    • Planning network and infrastructure requests along with Merck IT
    • Work with product vendor on below activities
      • Installation and qualification OpenLab and Empower servers and local clients
      • Participate in configuration of OpenLab and Empower settings
      • Setup structure of projects
      • Setup users role privileges and groups
      • Verification of equipment firmware
      • Installation and configuration equipment drivers
      • Creation and tests backup and recovery SOP s
      • IQ / OQ execution
    • Business analyst activities (support of Business requirement generation, functional specification, Business consulting)
    • Process optimization, governance and change control
    Qualification, Skills & Experience:You hold a Bachelors degree in a computer system, engineer, natural science or comparable discipline.
    • 7+years of LABIT Applications Project Management, support and administration experience in CDS Empower
    • Implementation and Maintenance experiences in Laboratory Informatics environments is must
    • LIMS and Nugenesis experience is an added advantage
    • Experience in Project Management, ITIL framework - Proficient understanding of GMP, 21CFRPart1 and related regulations associated with Pharmaceutical product manufacturing
    • Customer friendly personality with strong analytical capabilities and strong process orientation
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
