    • Job Description (Minimum 250 characters)* Job description The Scrum Master/ Agile Delivery led will work within the Human Health Digital Data and Analytics area to contribute to development of our advanced data science application platform. We are realizing the vision of a cohesive commercial decision support suite, helping stakeholders make data-driven decisions to optimize delivery of our product to patients. The candidate will work with the analytics solutions group to support and coach teams to success and navigate the complexity of delivering software in large, cross-functional environments. This role will require interfacing and collaborating with many teams throughout a lot of our company markets and strong communication skills are a must Primary Responsibilities Create an inclusive environment of collaboration and psychological safely within the teams that allows for open dialogue and productive solutions for resolving conflicts Champion of continuous improvement activities to reduce waste and increase productivity; coach and hold team acc ountable Effectively c ommunicate and m itigating t eam risk, dependency and impediments in a timely manner Bring ideas from professional facilitation, coaching, conflict management, mediation and so on to help the team become a high-performance team Supporting the team with their continued agile journey and maturity of the Agile Approa Provides planning, effort coordination, and management for the development of organizational initiatives, while concurrently facilitating efficient operations to meet current and future business needs within the organization. Performs analysis to determine root cause of challenges and provides solutions for improved operational and process performance.
