Job Description

FireEye, Inc. has an opening in its Bangalore India office for a Senior QA Engineer for Systems Security testing of the Network Security Products .The Network Engineering Team is looking for a high calibre and detail oriented engineer to join the growing QA organization. In this position, you will be responsible for qualifying and delivering FireEye Security products that protect thousands of customers all over the world. You will have a unique opportunity to work on cutting edge security technologies, interface with cross functional teams and develop test cases and build automation. Responsibilities:

  • Designing, developing and executing manual and automated test cases to ensure quality product and service delivery.
  • Report defects in the defect tracking system, work with development and design teams for resolution of such defects. Participate in root cause analysis.
  • Carry out automated test development using existing automation framework and carry out enhancements to the framework as needed.
  • End-to-end Ownership of new feature/functionality as well as existing areas features of the product.
  • Work on customer escalations on the above products when required.
Qualifications Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience of QA in AV or similar industry
  • Strong Networking skills on TCP/IP, HTTPS etc
  • Good knowledge of Netapp/Sharepoint Storage administration
  • Good command over usage of packet sniffing tools likeWiresharketc
  • Proven experience in Test Automation using Python and selenium
  • Exposure to Virtualization software (VMWare, Hyper-V etc.)
  • Exposure to Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure etc.)
