Job Description

Nasdaq Technology is looking for an experienced, professional, and personable Senior Microsoft Cloud Administrator to our growing team in the Bangalore technology center in India. With this position we offer:Join the DevOps organization for Nasdaq Corporate IT. The main objective for the Corporate IT team in Bangalore is to design, build and operate state of the art services and systems for Nasdaq. As our new member, you will work with a group of enthusiastic and experienced team members. Together with your team, you will be responsible for delivery of enhancements and supporting re-architecture of the enterprise systems used by Nasdaq.Your role and responsibilities:As a Senior Microsoft Administrator your focus will be designing, developing, implementing and supporting hybrid directory services. Besides working closely with your colleagues in Bangalore, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.

  • Configure, maintain, and upgrade Microsoft Active Driectory Hybrid AAD environment including globally distributed Windows domain controllers. Manage Group Policy with adherence to CIS standards, and Sites and Services Topology tuning.
  • Design, implement, configure, and maintain various Azure SaaS Cloud Services such as Azure AD, AIP, ATP, ASR, CAS, EMS, Teams, Intune, AAD Connect, Exchange Online and M365.
  • Deploy and maintain Azure IaaS Virtual Machines and Azure Application and Networking Services to support growth into the cloud.
  • Optimize Azure buildouts for cost/performance (VM optimization, reserved instances, etc.)
  • Own the business relationship with Microsoft account team to ensure we are taking advantage of all of Microsoft s training, sales support and other offerings.
  • Recommend, develop, plan, manage, implement, and fully document IT projects.
  • Identify improvements to IT documentation, network maps, processes/procedures, and tickets
  • Manage and respond to escalated client inquiries
  • Research products and new technologies to increase efficiency of business and operations
  • Be the escalation point for other IT Systems Engineers and Service Desk Engineers
  • Keep all tickets and projects updated and track time in a detailed format.
We expect you to have:
  • Minimum 5 years experience with Active Directory, Azure and Microsoft365 services.
  • Bachelor s degree preferred / Formal education in IT preferred.
