Scope includes defining architecture and cultivating senior level relationships with platform Architects and Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) as well as proficiency in adjacent competencies in Security, IO devices, Media and Graphics technologies. It includes influencing virtualization technologies and drive architecture at system level for chrome/Linux based system in para and full virtualization environment. It requires enabling features starting from silicon level for full/para virtualization. Candidate will drive technical readiness, specification and high value Proof of Concept solutions for future roadmap intercept.Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Electrical/Electronics etc with 12 years of experience Masters degree with 10 years of experience. Technical knowledge of Linux OS in the areas of virtualization. Experience with Hypervisor -Type 1 and Type2, Linux virtualization technologies like KVM/Qemu, crossvm, ACRN, Virtio, VFIO etc. System performance tuning to meet native performance in full, para and nested virtualized solution. Experience with edge devices will be beneficial at system level across different domains like media, display, graphics, IO devices, network etc. Experience or knowledge on chromium development is advantageous Excellent programming skills in C/C++/Python programming skills. Excellent communication skills including experience interacting with executive level staff and customers and ecosystem partners. Strong knowledge in Intel Architecture and Virtualization technologies. Experience in Intel virtualization technolgies like like VT-d, VT-x etc will be beneficial. Knowledge on Software frameworks for Media Processing, Graphics Virtualzation, IO devices and Security is a plus. Delivering or working in Open Source environment is a major plus.
