Job Description

Description

  • In this role the candidate is expected to create, define and develops system validation environment and test suites.
  • Use and apply emulation and platform level tools and techniques to ensure performance to spec.
  • Responsible for the development of methodologies, execution of validation plans, and debug of failures.
  • Requires broad understanding of multiple system areas and requires interfaces with Architecture, Design, and Pre-silicon Validation teams in improving post-silicon test content and providing feedback for future on-die debug features.
  • This role will be a senior IC role wherein the candidate is expected to lead programs technical task force showcasing technical leadership and drive.

Qualifications:

  • Creates defines and develops system validation environment and test suite .
  • Job Qualifications involve expertise in vision class of chips with in depth understanding of edge inferencing models/techniques with more than 15+ years of experience in Pre Post Silicon validation.
  • Good strong fundamentals in ARM or IA class of SoC architectures
  • Exposure to inference techniques and tools with different networks , Encoder and decoder , DL frameworks (Pytorch and tensor flow),Open Vino
  • Good knowledge on Compilation tools (GCC,ARMCC , Scatter files , CMM scripts)
  • Python , Perl, C, C++ expertise is a must have
  • Solid debugging skills using industry standard debuggers like Lauterbach , Open-OCD equivalent
  • Sound knowledge on Multi-Media codecs compression techniques.
  • Must have sound knowledge on PVT testing , Electrical characterization , Circuit margin validation and other IC characterization techniques
  • Exposure to latest technologies used in SW-Shift left vehicles like FPGA, Hybrid-FPGA , Emulation Virtual prototyping
  • Working as an senior technical Individual contributor (IC) with great zeal and drive to lead complex Post-si programs and drive task-forces with technical drive
  • Experience in leading Post-si programs , having expertise and patents in Power and performance topics will be a great plus
  • Btech/Mtech from prestigious colleges with augmented degree in AI/Edge Inference Machine learning is desired as educational background.
