Senior Technical Leader | Telecom | Test Case DevelopmentPurpose of Role To provide advance level engineering support/ consultancy for Professional Services customers on our clients products To lead one of the products consultancy within the Professional Services organisation To develop new test scenarios using various Client Platform to enhance the Professional Services Test Library Duties & Responsibilities Consultancy/ Training to client Customers on different Test Products. Working with the development team to provide solutions to customers Technically liaise with customers to understand their requirements providing significant engineering input Development of Test scenarios using different client products to enhance Professional Services Test Library Provide training to the team on the new technologies, 3GPP releases and product releases Will act as a point of contact for one of the client products group from Professional services perspective Lead one of the technology domain within the Professional Services organisation Provide training to customers, Channel Partners, Support Engineers and Sales Account Managers when necessary Essential Skills Engineering/ science degree or equivalent academic qualifications/ experience 7+ years of experience in GSM/ GPRS/ 3G/ LTE air interface protocols. Software programming experience in the Electronics or Telecoms industry Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with customers at all levels. Excellent diagnostic and analytical skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal and team working skills Good technical presentation skills May include Overseas Travel for short periods.
