Job Description

Lead and develop the internal team of Recruiters Develop recruitment strategies, policies and procedures - from sourcing to onboarding top talent Act as a true Business Partner to HR and Senior Leadership Manage the global ATS, recruiting systems, and team reporting Lead global branding efforts, positioning company as a premier organization Develop recruiting best practices for our organization on a global basis; continuously updating based on new recruiting trends Responsible for full cycle recruiting including sourcing, applicant testing, interviewing, presenting, conducting background checks and closing qualified entry - level to Leadership level candidates as assigned by the Recruiting Manager Provides excellent applicant and internal customer management service Develops recruiting materials and strategies that ensure a successful search. To include writing and coordinating organization web page content; creating Applicant Tracking System requisitions and job board postings and position - specific screening questionnaires Assists with companywide recruiting projects and serve as back - up staff/leadership as Needed Skills/Requirements

Bachelors degree

Minimum of 5 years of corporate or agency recruiting

Minimum of 1 years experience in mentoring/leading recruiting team

Strong understanding of strategically sourcing candidates

Ability to be strategic towards business outcomes and manage daily deadlines

Ability to manage multiple priorities, and remain focused under pressure (work extended

hours as required),
