Our designteam is headed by Divye Bokdia.Role: Senior User Research ManagerResponsibilities:This is a leadership role that involves building and leading a highly collaborativeteam including multiple UX ResearchersPartner with User Researchers, Design Leads, Product Managers, andEngineering managers to drive all stages of research from early product directionthrough summative validation in an Agile work environmentLead prioritization about what we research, when to research it, and how thatresearch is conducted; This might mean working with cross-functional teams,multiple devices, brands, and platforms, in order to find opportunities to furtherimprove the user experienceUse a variety of research methods and tools to best reach the goals of eachproject in order to provide rich, actionable insightsCommunicate research findings and prioritized recommendations to internalstakeholders in a clear and compelling wayAttract, retain, and develop top talent to build a diverse team across multiplelocationsOversee timelines and deliverables, define OKR and goals for the team andindividualsProvide guidance, direction, and mentorship to the team and create an inclusiveenvironment where everyone can do their best work and growthBe highly adaptable in an ever-changing startup environmentRequired Skills and Experience:8+ years as a professional User Researcher2+ years of leadership and/or management-related experience required.Bachelors or Master s degree in design, human factors, HCI, or a relateddisciplineExperience growing dynamic teams of researchersYou have deep knowledge of qualitative research methods and tools across theIndian diaspora, as well as knowledge of quantitative methodsYou have an excellent knowledge of UX standards, and bring a deep backgroundin psychology, social sciences, or anthropology to the practiceGood understanding of B2C and B2B domainEffectively worked with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality resultsExcellent written and verbal skills to communicate with stakeholders and seniorleadership,
