• As Senior UX Designer you are responsible for the development of organisational models, sitemaps, process/screen flows, navigational models and interactive behaviors, and wireframes; present deliverables to senior clients
• Lead partner interviews, large client workshops to communicate insights from partner interviews and work with teams to stay aligned on key success factors
• Provide thought leadership in the assessment of existing sites/apps/digital properties and experiences for usefulness, usability, visual design, content, and branding

What will you do

• Work on the most ground breaking and exciting projects and interact with the brightest minds including Distinguished Designers, Distinguished Engineers, Design Principals, and Senior Technical Staff Members from across the globe
• Collaborate with other designers, developers and researchers. The design practice will be closely aligned to the Enterprise Design Thinking framework by IBM Design
• Responsible for UX design of the IBM Resiliency Orchestration product. The product is heterogeneous and works across the entire enterprise IT stack and hybrid multi-cloud environments, making it an exciting and challenging opportunity for the designer to provide a magnificent experience across a complex and diverse landscape

• Minimum 12-15 years of experience designing digital experiences and leading experienced design teams
• Ability to demonstrate point-of-view of where and how Experience Design is evolving towards including how consumers interact with devices, environments, immersive content, and commerce now and in the future
• Working knowledge of web, mobile and emerging experiences, with confirmed conceptual and design abilities.
• Experienced in user-centered design methods and techniques
• Proficient in related creative tracks: design, interactive development, copywriting and content strategy
• Expertise in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Visio, Microsoft Office

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

• Experience in a client-facing role and have project experience in working with teams on large scale, long-term projects
• Proven analytical skills and writing skills.
• Ability to gracefully handle multiple projects in a fast paced environment
• You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
• Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
• Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
• Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
