Global Service Desk 1 to 2 years We are looking for Global Service Desk Analyst with 1 2 years of exp in Bangalore location Role Description (Role & Responsibilities) Responsible for service desk activitiesSpecification / Skills / Experience Provide level 1 support by picking the phone calls & support for logging, tracking, Resolution and reporting of help desk incidents and service requestsThe activities associated with restoring normal service operation as quickly as possible and to minimize the adverse impact on business operations, thus ensuring that the best possible levels of service quality and availability are maintainedShould also provide accelerated response to the executive users within the customer organizationMust be comfortable in taking inbound/outbound calls.
