    Dear Candidate, Greetings of The Day.!!We have an Urgent opening for the position of Service Engineer at One of our reputed clients @Bangalore - Location.Hiring Company Name ConfidentialJob Location: - Overall BangaloreNo. of Positions - 2Designation: Service Engineer.Rolls: - On-Rolls. Educational Qualification: - Minimum ITI or Diploma Electrical (Preferably from an Engineering background) Salary: - Maximum 28k net in hand & based on complete interview evaluation process too.Salary with all stds. benefits Experience Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Fully Automated Coffee Machines Job Nature: - Full Time / Work from Office & has to visit on the field @ given location, as per territory defined.Key Responsibilities
    • Responsible for Installation and Commissioning of Coffee machines, Grinders and Blenders as per SOP
    • Attending of Warranty calls, breakdown calls & AMC / PMC visits
    • Proper identification of root cause of the faults and rectifications / corrective actions
    • Monthly Preventive Maintenance.
    • Explaining the salient features and advantages of AMC to the customers and enrolment
    • Updating Installation, Warranty, PMC and AMC service reports periodically
    • Coordinating with Service executive/Manager for the required Spare Parts
    • Basic and periodic training about the machines to the users
    TECHNICAL /FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:
    • Excellent communication skills in applicable local language.
    • Basic knowledge of English
    • Computer literacy
    • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
