Job Description

    Urgent Hiring ||Service Manager|| BangaloreProfile Services ManagerExperience- min 8 yearsCtc- upto 8 lpa (depends on interview)Location- Bengaluru.Working days- 5.5 Days(9 am 5:30 pm)
    • Customers include various manufacturing units and maintenance sheds of Indian Railway pan India.
    • Handel a team of about 8 to 10 Service Engineers. Shall plan and define priority of service engineers for best customer satisfaction. Timely support to the customer is a prerequisite to the position.
    • Periodically (Once a week) speaking to customer to understand complaint if any and to build up relationship.
    • Ensure that the customer warrantee complaint is updated on the service portal of the Service department immediately.
    • Raising warranty workorder and indent to procure material for servicing warrantee claim.
    • Dispatching warranty material to the concerned Service engineer / shed / Railway SSE in time.
    • Visiting loco shed for taking updates with SSE & JE for warranty failures closure by signing of Joint Note. Will be required to have written communication skill in English to be able to generate Joint Note.
    • Maintain record of attending Service by all Service Engineer.
    • Maintain record of all replacement components / products provided against warrantee claim.
    • Collected defective part to be dispatched to our works for defect investigation.
    • Will be required to prepare draft reply for complaint letters and submit to reporting officer for scrutiny and release.
    • Submission of defect investigation report (Prepared by CFT team) to the shed concerned and ensure closure of customer complaint on Railway Portal.
    • Shall be responsible for generating yearly stock required for Service.
    Other Traits:
    • Computer proficiency in Micro Soft Office. (Using Word, XL & generation of PPT reports)
    • Systematic documentation for easy retrieval.
    • Proficiency in both Spoken and written English.
    • Spoken proficiency in multiple languages will be an added advantage.
    • Educational qualification: Degree in Electronic Engineering or similar field.
    • Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in servicing of electrical & electronic white goods. Experience in handling sensor product will be an added advantage.
    • Candidate experience in IR customer service will be an added advantage.
    • The job calls for fair amount of travelling.
