Job Description

As the Service Planner, you will be part of DES Org (Digital Enterprise Systems) tracking the progress of the programs executed by the teams in EDC. You will be responsible for planning, tracking and reporting the progress across different teams. EDC is instrumental in delivering the operations of enterprise applications and infrastructure for its availability and reliability, 24x7 and 365 days. EDC also extends to deliver multiple other services including automation, cloud migration, BI development, RPA and other engineering projects. Our team has a lot of visibility and impact of our work can be directly related to business results. As a service planner & program manager for EDC, you will work with multiple managers and program leads to track the progress of the EDC objectives and roadmaps defined. You will be responsible for reporting the progress, highlights / lowlights, risks and facilitate any course correction that is required.

  • Track the progress and publish on an on-going basis
  • Drive assigned initiatives and own the project plan and execute working with the team.
  • Involved in intake Demand Planning, Resource planning & allocation for various initiatives.
  • To track, measure and report against the plan and objective.
  • Collaborate with various Service Owners / Service managers / Delivery Managers across the organization.
  • Managed Enterprise application & Infrastructure domain related projects / initiatives.
  • Identify the risks and work with the various teams for the corrective actions.
  • Project management, Stakeholder management with good presentations/ interpersonal skills.
  • Budget and financial management of projects on regular basis.
  • Ensure regular governance of projects / initiatives spread across EDC teams.
  • Drive best practice sharing and mentoring next line of leads.
  • Prepare & publish program Management reports on regular intervals.
