Develop core versions of software applications for sale to external clients. Identifies client purchasing requirements and technical specifications through Product Management and/or client representatives. Interacts with engineering groups to assist in design changes to equipment and/or software. Trains and communicates with clients on systems application.What you will be doing

  • 3 6 years of experience in ServiceNow with both Development and Administration abilities
  • Candidates should have good knowledge on ServiceNow Scripting
  • Client Scripts, Business rules, Jelly scripts, UI pages and others.
  • Working experience with Integrations with third party tools Have strong understanding of ITIL process
  • Working experience with Service Catalog creation and Maintenance along
What you bring:
  • with automation experience in Catalog
  • Good at troubleshooting ServiceNow issues with related to CMDB
  • Facilitating roll out of new applications and modules
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Willing to work in 2 PM 11 PM IST shift timing.
