  • You are going to be a part of Servicenow development team
  • Deploy release of new technologies as well as design, install, configure, maintain and integrate system testing performance of PC/server operating systems, related utilities and hardware
What you will be doing :-Developing ServiceNow catalog and Automated workflows using RITM workflows/flow designers to automate Server run activities (for example Automation of Server Reboot).-Working with an Agile team to size the stories based on estimates-Working with the requesters and/or the Onboarding team to refine the stories and add more details to them-Interact with the ServiceNow team every week or more to review the design and solutions developed and get their approval to move the code to UAT and PROD.-Attend various agile ceremonies and actively participate in them-Help the team with queries related to the ServiceNow platform and identify what is possible on the platform using best practices.What you will bring:-Looking for an intermediate to Senior ServiceNow Developer with at least 5 years of experience.-Good knowledge of ITSM modules in ServiceNow.-Worked on REST and SOAP-based integrations.-Must have experience in preparing technical and requirements documentation as specified in customer contracts and as internally required.-Ability to demonstrate the solutions to different stakeholders who may not have experience or know-how of the ServiceNow tool.-Scripting knowledge and know-how of using ServiceNow API like GlideRecord, GlideAjax, etc.-Should have development experience in ServiceNow technical areas like Business Rules, Import Set, Knowledge management, Client Scripts, UI policies, UI actions, Data Policies, Script Includes, Jelly Scripts, Service Portal, Scheduler, UI Macro, Tables, Notification, Widget, Event, variable Set, ACL, etc.-Following Enterprise standards and working closely with the ServiceNow Product owner and ServiceNow Technical team to review the design and solutions developed and move them to UAT and PROD.Added bonus if you have:
  • Knowledge of FIS products and services
  • Knowledge of financial services industry
  • Knowledge of basic financial analysis principles and ratios
