  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : Worked on service now development with knowledge on glide scripting, UI pages, jelly scripting and workflows Worked on Service Now applications scoped and global applications Worked with 3rd party integrations
      • Technical Experience : Total IT 8 years of experience Minimum 3 years of experience with Service-Now Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience on any other ITSM tools such as BMC Remedy
      • Professional Attributes : ITIL certification Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist mandatory Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent analytical skills
      • Educational Qualification : Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
    • Additional Information : Involved in pre-sales, client demo and RFPs
