Job Description

3+ years of experience with ServiceNow. Understanding of best practices for defining configurations vs customizations, update set migration, cloning of environments, management of groups/users and data management. 3+ years of experience supporting ITSM/ITIL processes and solutions from ServiceNow, HP, BMC, CA etc. Excellent interpersonal skills combined with practice establishing and maintaining credibility as a ServiceNow expert SysAdmin certified/ ITIL v3 Foundation Certified Evaluate new features in the platform with ServiceNow releases and the suitability/applicability in the current environment. Support all upgrade projects to ensure minimal impact to existing operations while enabling new features. Complete understanding of current set up of the modules they are responsible for Finance, WorkUnit billing, P&L Management Stabilization of Process, Non Std Chg management, Problem Management Aligned with any new developments release cycle & outside Aligned with new onboarding/migration set up on their modules Maturity, drive & responsibility to own the topic till resolution Team management for dotted lines.
