  • The Role incumbent should have In-depth knowledge of the Equity Settlements and various market rules with transformation experience.
  • Candidate will be responsible for managing the equity settlements team in Bangalore.
  • Candidate must ensure the service is provided to the client in risk controlled environment and adherence to SLAs.
  • Candidate should co-ordinate closely with the global counterparts ensure appropriate governance structure is in place.
  • Candidate must also act as first point of escalation for the team members and take accountability for the performance of the team resulting in the overall deliveries to the client
  • Candidate should be flexible with shifts.
