Role type: Permanent Contract/CTH Either Primary Skills (not more than 2): Should have core expertise in Success Factors Employee Central and HR business processes at global level. Should have strong functional experience in Employee Central, Interfaces, data migration and integration with other integrated talent management functions in SuccessFactorsNiche: Yes No Salary Range (to be filled by HRBP)Minimum Median MaximumRole purpose: Should have strong experience in implementing Success Factors Employee Central module and HR business processes for external customers. To provide strong expertise in configuring Employee Central in terms of implementing global business requirements. Should understand country specific localizations Strong understanding of Employee Central Data models Succession data models, Corporate Data models and MDFs, propagation data models Strong expertise in Picklists management, User access through role based permissions, Organization, Pay & Job Structures Management, Country Specific Fields (CSF) customization, Self Service ( MSS / ESS) Transactions Configuration, Workflow Configuration, EC Position Management, Rules Management, Meta Data Framework (MDF) Objects Configuration, business rules configurations Expertise in a proposing the solutions to business. Must have strong experience in designing the functional solutions and suggesting workarounds for functionality which doesn t exist in SuccessFactors. This role requires demonstrating proposed solutions / prototypes to HR business stakeholders. Coordinate with technical leads for integrations, onsite business leads, Project managers and delivery managers. Accountable for design, build, testing and documentation.
