Visit shortlisted kitchen properties along with BD Team for site measurements and site validation for all technical requirements. Fill the site validation checklist of new kitchens and share it with the draftsman. Coordinate with draftsman on the floor plan and detailed drawings and provide site inputs. Brief the vendors on the GFC drawings along with project manager and help them in executing the same. Persistently keep check on outsourced contractors on quantity and quality of the work executed on site. Inspect all the materials used at site against the specs approved in the BOQ. Ensure the construction at site is planned as per the PERT chart provided so that work is completed on time. Update the project manager in case of any changes required in the drawings based on site conditions during execution and correct or update the drawings. Ensure each scope of work is validated with measurements after completion. Assist the project manager in site measurements for final invoice preparation. Requirements:
