Operating entire operations of DCs.. Should have experience in handling 300+ employees. Can manage entire operations of warehouse/distribution centre. Should have experience in handling of 1 lakh sq.ft warehouse/distribution centre Timely manpower arrangement and control, absenteeism control and replacement, avoiding short manpower situation. 100% picking & delivery every day with zero pendency. 100% micro check and stock accuracy for inbound/Outbound/Inventory. Inventory control. Daily MIS circulation and status update on entire operations every day Consumables planning, stock maintenance and advance follow to ensure zero interruption in picking Delivery tracking till delivery at destination and 100% GRN with end destination. Work force discipline. Maintaining Stock accuracy with zero percent loss.
